Meet Your Dana Point Real Estate Expert, Reuben Gulledge

Janet helped us to purchase a new family home in San Juan Capistrano. We were looking for something quite specific and spent a long time on the search. Janet was very patient in working with us, listened well to what we needed and guided us to some new neighborhoods we were not aware existed. She was very attentive and detail oriented in the ultimate buying process and had a lot of good referrals for various services in her network. After working so long together we developed a very good relationship. She has continued to stay in contact as we go through our renovation before moving in to see how she can help. We can't recommend her highly enough.

Janet did a wonderful job with the sale of our property in Corona! The buyer listened to Janet's presentation on the investment value our property provided and consequently canceled their offer on another property. She also handled the listing of our Laguna Beach home, which included both listing and rental transactions.

The largest transaction was 530 Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach which sold for $6,000,000.00. This property was listed at the time covid hit. It was fascinating to watch her deal with the few prospects in order to entice them to buy our home. When a sale was completed, Janet still assisted in the legal and smooth transitions of the 1031 exchanges. Whether the sales were large or small, Janet give 100% of her time and energy to each property. We were so impressed with janet, that we had her work with us on four different properties.
